Parking Instructions

To get directions, please use Google Maps and enter the address 60-20 30th Ave, Woodside, NY 11377. Our location is adjacent to the BQE Fitness parking area. Please ensure that you leave your keys in your vehicle upon check-in, failing which a business interruption fee of $175 will be levied at check-out. All payments at check-out must be made in cash or certified funds only. There will be additional charges for subcompact and oversized vehicles, the details of which will be provided at a later time.

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout.

The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight.

Additional fees may apply. Check-in/Check-out must be the time they arrive at the lot, NOT at the airport. Extra time will be paid at the lot and charged at the lot's rate so please be as accurate as possible.

An additional $5 for SUVs and $10 for vans and oversized vehicles will be charged at check-in, commercial vehicle charges TBD.

NOTE: Please note reservations cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after check-in. A minimum reservation of three days is required. A late check-in fee will be charged for every check-in and is to be paid at the lot. This fee will be reimbursed back to the customer if they return within the specified check-out time. However, the amount will not be refunded if the check-out time is exceeded.
