Parking Instructions
You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Contact the lot and meet your valet driver at the designated location for pick-up/drop-off of your vehicle. Customers must print out their confirmation emails and display them on their dashboards before leaving their vehicles upon parking. There is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport terminals, which operates hourly from 5 AM until Midnight. Note Online parking reservations are only available for park and fly customers and are not eligible for hotel guests. Oversized vehicles will be charged extra directly at the lot. In the event of mechanical emergencies with the shuttle or delays due to traffic, the lot does not reimburse cost of alternate transportation. If you need to stay longer than your reservation period, the reservation cannot be extended and you will be required to pay the regular rate for any additional hours or days.
