Parking Instructions
After reserving your spot, you’ll receive an email with redemption instructions. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience at the facility. You may scan the onsite QR code to complete your registration. Additional QR codes are available on check-in signs located at each staircase on the second level. Please note that shuttle service is not available at this location. However, the pricing has been adjusted to help offset the cost of using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. You may also choose to drop your passengers at the port first and then return to park, as it’s only a short rideshare trip back to the terminal.
Alternatively, public transportation is available. A bus stop is located just outside the facility, with buses running every 30 minutes between 6:47 AM and 11:47 PM, at a fare of $2 per ride.
NOTE: This facility has a height restriction of 6 feet. Failure to register your vehicle by scanning the QR code may result in towing.

Wasn't sure where to go. I parked in Publix lot, walked across the street and asked uniformed young lady in golf cart where to go. She drove me to lot., took me in elevator, walked me to desk, introduced me to associate, gave me number to call and drove me back. What a pleasure to deal with such a good company.
