After reserving your spot, you’ll receive an email with redemption instructions. Upon arrival, please register your vehicle to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience at the facility. You may scan the onsite QR code to complete your registration. Additional QR codes are available on check-in signs located at each staircase on the second level. For immediate assistance, please contact us at (813) 842-1242.
Please note that shuttle service is not available at this location. However, the pricing has been adjusted to help offset the cost of using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. You may also choose to drop your passengers at the port first and then return to park, as it’s only a short rideshare trip back to the terminal.
Alternatively, public transportation is available. A bus stop is located just outside the facility, with buses running every 30 minutes between 6:47 AM and 11:47 PM, at a fare of $2 per ride.
NOTE: This facility has a height restriction of 6 feet. Failure to register your vehicle by scanning the QR code may result in towing.
