I was reading some negative reviews about the service of this company after I had parked in their LAX facility and was a bit concerned, however, to my surprise, when I returned to Los Angeles and called for the shuttle to pick us up, they came right away, I would say, in less than 10 minutes. I think that, overall, they provided a good service at a fair cost and I recommend them, and use them again if I need.

You will receive a confirmation email after making your reservation. Please print out the confirmation and place it visibly on your dashboard after parking.
Upon arrival at the facility, follow the signs to the self-parking area and choose any available non-reserved spot. Once parked, wait at the designated shuttle pick-up area for transportation to LAX.
To ensure timely shuttle service for all customers, we recommend dropping off any additional passengers at the airport before arriving at the lot, as shuttle space is limited.
Please do not leave valuables or personal items in your vehicle. The facility is secured after operational hours for added safety.
