Smooth arrival and departure start to finish. Once you arrive show your QR code/order then proceed to park. Wait a few minutes for the shuttle and then on your way. When I got back I just called that I'm ready to be picked up and got to my car in less than 30-45min. so smooth and will use and highly recommend again

The wait times on both ends were almost nonexistent. On the way back, I had large bags, which the driver politely took from the trolley and placed in the shuttle. When we got to the garage, he even placed them in my car, and I was back on the road in just two minutes. Great service!

It was a pretty easy service. Finding the location of the lot was easy- parked and a shuttle took about 10 min to take us to the airport. I was a little worried about pick up when I returned because I’ve had issues in the past with other lots but once I called for the shuttle it took 20 min for them to get me. I wish they detailed on the app where you needed to go to return but when I called they had instructions on the voicemail so I was able to figure it out quickly. But just so you know you have to go to the arrival area on the second floor and go to the hotel pick up area with a red sign on the sidewalk. It was easy to find once I knew where to go. But I would definitely book again. Price was reasonable and I was able to extend the time on my phone. Excellent.

You will receive a confirmation email after making your reservation. Please print out the confirmation and place it visibly on your dashboard after parking.
Upon arrival at the facility, follow the signs to the self-parking area and choose any available non-reserved spot. Once parked, wait at the designated shuttle pick-up area for transportation to LAX.
To ensure timely shuttle service for all customers, we recommend dropping off any additional passengers at the airport before arriving at the lot, as shuttle space is limited.
Please do not leave valuables or personal items in your vehicle. The facility is secured after operational hours for added safety.
