Smooth arrival and departure start to finish. Once you arrive show your QR code/order then proceed to park. Wait a few minutes for the shuttle and then on your way. When I got back I just called that I'm ready to be picked up and got to my car in less than 30-45min. so smooth and will use and highly recommend again

Upon arrival at the facility, follow the signs to the self-parking area and choose any available non-reserved spot. Once parked, wait at the designated shuttle pick-up area for transportation to LAX.
To ensure timely shuttle service for all customers, we recommend dropping off any additional passengers at the airport before arriving at the lot, as shuttle space is limited.
Please do not leave valuables or personal items in your vehicle. The facility is secured after operational hours for added safety.
