I booked almost 3 days to park here. We parked right by the entrance and there was a shuttle there about to leave but waited then helped get our bags out of the car. Follow the directions they give you for arrival and you're good! Maybe a 7 min wait if that.
After purchasing and saw a lot of bad reviews. Just used this location for 6days parking. Everything looks good! I'll leave 5stars here. Receptionist pick up the phone for pickup nicely and give me estimate waiting time. Cheapest at LAX area. Shuttle bus 30-45mins. Parking structure to LAX 3+miles/15-20mins drive. Save more money and have more time, I'll recommend this location.
