Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 110 72nd Drive. This is the Park Briar garage, operated by Propark. It is located on the south/right-hand side of 72nd Dr. (an eastbound one-way street) between Queens Blvd. and 112th St. The entrance is the first driveway on the block on the right-hand side of the street.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 4" Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. During peak times, parking may require a few extra minutes for the garage staff to maneuver vehicles to make space. If you encounter a cone blocking the entrance, please honk your horn and an attendant will be with you shortly. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.
