WAY customers have exclusive access to the 2nd and Roof Levels. Please do not park your vehicle on the first level, which is strictly reserved for government officials.

Cancellation
Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time and receive a full refund. Guaranteed money returned, no questions asked! If the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of check-in, a cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from the total booking amount and the refund will be processed.

The parking place and the staff are nice and helpful. But the location is far from the airport and the shuttle needs to go through busy traffic each way, takes almost 20min. You may need to wait for 40+ minutes if you miss the shuttle. Your need to spare at least an hour for shuttle time.

The garage was reasonably clean and there were covered spaces available (I didn't have to park on the roof.) The shuttle driver bringing me to the airport was very careful to give me instructions so that I could find the shuttle when I returned. The main downside to this location is that the shuttle runs every 30-45 minutes (15-30 minutes would be better) and only between 6:00am-11:00pm.

This is a tricky garage, with 2 entances. If you go in the "front" you may be parked on 2B for example. We tried to locate our car for about 45 minutes. Apparently if you enter the "back" way there is a different 2B. They aren't connected. The shuttle took 1 1/2 hours from phone call to garage. They told us the shuttle company is a separate entity from the garage company. Travel.time to EWR was 15 minutes one way, about 30 the other. When we parked late evening, we exited the "Back" way, and had to.make phone calls to find the shuttle which was at the "Front". We wouldn't use this garage for airport parking again. Two upsides: they pick up the phone and they have a live attendant.

Was really easy to use. I had a flight to catch so I used this parking and they shuttled me to Newark airport. Arrive 3 hours before the flight and you will be good!

I never took the shuttle because it was more convenient to take an uber to the airport for $10 and then return to the parking lot. Certainly, the fee at this site is less expensive than the Port Authority's costly long-term P6 parking lot at the airport. I will always park here.
