If you're planning on leaving your vehicle for an extended period of time, please contact the facility manager for approval. Any vehicle stored in this facility over 5 days without notification is subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense.

Excellent location. Found this place a few months ago when I went to watch a Spanish Revue at Balboa Theatre and since then I've been parking here, when in downtown. This is just a walking distance from from the Theatres and also has good restaurants and shops nearby.
