It is located on the right-hand side of W 31st St. (a one-way street) between 6th Ave. and 7th Ave. The lot is positioned in the heart of Manhattan, this garage is a gateway to cultural treasures, including the AI Hirschfeld Theatre, New Amsterdam Theatre, Lyceum Theatre, Regal E-Walk, and St. James Theatre.
Parking Instructions
Maximum Vehicle Height Restriction: 6' 3". This facility does not allow in/out privileges. You cannot enter & exit more than once. If you arrive before your reservation time or exit after your reservation time, you will be subject to paying for the additional time according to the posted rates at the facility at the time of checkout. Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. This fee is to be paid directly to the facility upon entry at the operator's discretion. Vehicles taller than 75" or greater than 205" in length will be asked to pay an additional Super-Oversize fee on-site, or may be denied entry depending on current facility capacity Luxury and exotic vehicles are subject to availability. please note : This garage is not suitable for Tesla vehicles. We kindly request customers with Tesla vehicles to choose an alternative option.

When you’re ready to leave, the valet attendant will take your ticket and retrieve your car.
