Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 267-271 W 47th St. This is the Biltmore Theatre garage, operated by SP+ (formerly Central Parking). It is located on the right-hand side of W 47th St. (a one-way street) between 7th Ave. and 8th Ave.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 8' 0" Luxury and exotic vehicles are subject to availability. Oversized vehicle fees vary by location and are charged on-site at operator's discretion. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate pickup trucks, passenger vans, and large SUVs (Suburban, Escalade, etc). Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation. This facility does not allow in/out privileges. You cannot enter & exit more than once.
