Everything went smoothly. For check in, you park your car and get a ticket. For check out, you show your ticket to the parking attendant. It was that simple! I will park here again.

This is my first parking experience at KCI Lodge. Reserved this place online on way.com with coupon discount. When I arrived at the lot, a staff was quick to help me park and then ticket validation was over in minutes. They took care of my bags and I reached the airport in no time. On my return, my check out was quick too.

These people run an efficient ship. They are efficient and smooth. They don't bother us with unnecessary process. Everything was kept simple and I was able to get in an get out quick. My only regret is that they don't offer shuttle service. Since the airport was that close and the availability of getting a cab was easier, I would still choose KCI Lodge when I fly out.
