Parking Instructions
You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.
Upon arrival, check in at the front desk and present your confirmation (mobile or print). Staff will direct you to your parking space.
Confirm suggested arrival times with your airline and the airport before your flight.
This location does not currently provide a free shuttle service. However, the airport is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away, and our rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this
Upon arrival, customers must check-in at the front gate with our stuff and provide their parking reservation details. Self Park is limited and cars may be valet.
Note : Rooftop Parking is a self-parking option. If self-parking is full, customers may be upgraded to valet parking at no additional charge. The customer would leave their door and ignition keys with the parking lot attendant.

This was my first time using this parking lot, and I was a little hesitant as I approached the entrance. The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. That alleviated some of my concerns. My car was there for me when we returned to the lot and the shuttle picked me up in 15 minutes. I was blown away and delighted by the entire experience.
