No time limit on charging, other than no overnight parking (2am-6am) allowed.
Must enter/exit from Watson Avenue.

To Pay for Parking:
Can pay through the posted signs with QR codes, through the Passport Parking App (Zone#1521), or through the kiosks located in the stairwells. Will need your license plate number.

Winter Rates | Daily Pay Parking 6 AM - 8 PM, Free Parking 8 PM - 2 AM, No Parking 2 AM - 6 AM. No Oversized Vehicles.

$20 Flat Rate purchasable from 6 AM - 3 PM, valid until 8 PM
3 PM - 8 PM Hourly Rate from $0.50?
