LAX Curb Express was fantastic! They were prompt, efficient, and very professional. We booked this on way.com one month earlier. The night before our trip, they texted us to confirm our travelling schedule. We texted them 15 minutes before we reached the terminal and the driver was waiting when we arrived. When we returned from our trip, the driver had already arrived and was waiting to hand over our car.
Really astounded by their simple but superior service. They were efficient, pleasant and well timed. The driver was awesome!!!! Everything went well and I did not have to wait for them while I went or when I returned. They kept my car safe and returned to me without any delay. What else can I expect from an parking facility!

Excellent customer care! The driver was waiting for us when we reached the curb. They helped us to unload our stuff into the trolley and drove off carefully with our car. The return was smooth as well. By the time we got out of the terminal, the driver was waiting with our car. Process was quick as we had already paid online, the driver kept our luggage into our car and gave us the keys.

A great way to travel. I booked a spot online on way.com. I called them 15 minutes before reaching the terminal. They arrived at the same time as I.
