Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 240 E UPPER Illinois St. This is the Cityfront Plaza garage, operated by SP+. This facility is located on UPPER Illinois St., just east of the intersection of Illinois St. and Cityfront Plaza Dr. The garage entrance is lined by several black 'City Front Plaza - Public Parking" signs with white lettering.
From Michigan Ave:
1. Enter “N Michigan Ave and E Illinois” into your GPS. After this, ignore your GPS, it will cause confusion.
2. Take Illinois St. east (toward the lake) and continue straight on Illinois St. through the Cityfront Plaza Dr. traffic circle.
3. The garage entrance will be on your right-hand (north) side, immediately after the U-turn. Look for the "City Front Plaza" signs.
From Columbus Dr:
1. Enter “N Columbus and E North Water St.” into your GPS. After this, ignore your GPS, it will cause confusion.
2. Take E North Water St. west to the traffic circle at the intersection of Cityfront Plaza Dr. and E. North Water St. You’ll see the Gleacher Center in front of you.
3. From the traffic circle, turn right onto Cityfront Plaza Dr., and continue driving north until you reach the traffic circle at Cityfront Plaza Dr. and E. Illinois St.
4. Turn right onto Illinois St. and follow the U-Turn. The garage entrance will be on your right-hand (north) side, immediately after the U-turn. Look for the "City Front Plaza" signs
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 7' 2" No In & Out privileges for this location. This facility is located on UPPER Illinois St. GPS can be unreliable, please familiarize yourself with photos and directions on the parking pass. For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect. Pedestrian elevators are located in the southwest corner of the garage. Please use the elevator closest to the stairwell. Pedestrian access from street-level is located just west of the garage entrance, look for the glass doors with "CityFront Plaza - Garage Elevator Lobby" signs. Pedestrian elevators can be found in the southwest corner of the building. Use the elevator closest to the stairwell Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. This rate is only valid for guests of the area hotels. Customers must check in and out within the reservation period. Any entry or exit outside the reserved time is subject to additional payment directly at the lot.
