Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 55b Richmond Terrace. This is the Empire Outlets garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the East side of Richmond Terrace. between Wall St. and Schuyler St. You can only access this location traveling North on Richmond Terrace. The entrance is marked with an orange 'Empire Outlets Parking' sign with white lettering. Please reference the photos.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 8" No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. Redemption Instructions: 1. Arrive at the location after your selected start time. 2. Scan your QR code at the entrance machine upon arrival. 3. A validated parking ticket will be issued by the machine. 4. Please retain this ticket and use the same ticket to exit the facility.

Insert the facility’s parking ticket into the machine.
