I really appreciate how kind they were after my 6 hour delay in getting home. Thank you so much for coming to pick me up at 12:30 in the morning! When we got to the lot, my car was at the gate and ready to go, they had even cleared the snow off for me! I could have done without the music in the shuttle after such a long day, but whatever.
