I initially hesitated when I arrived at the hotel because it seemed like a small, unassuming place. However, I quickly realized appearances can be deceiving. The lobby was fresh and clean, the desk attendant was wonderfully kind and accommodating, even offering to fill in my license plate information later when I couldn’t remember it. The shuttle driver, D, was polite, professional, and went out of his way to make my trip stress-free. He carried my bag, addressed me by name, and wished me a wonderful trip. When I returned, the phone operator was equally kind and helpful, providing clear directions on where to wait for the shuttle. D arrived earlier than expected, remembered my name, and asked how my flight was as he loaded my bag. This experience at what I initially thought was a “hole in the wall” completely blew me away. Their exceptional service turned me into a loyal customer. I’ll park here every time I fly, even if it costs more. Thank you to the team for making my travels so much easier and more pleasant! I’m going to post this review to Google, Yelp and Trip Advisor in the hopes this team will get the recognition they deserve!
