Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 150 W 38th St. This valet garage is operated by SP+. It is located on the right-hand side of W 38th St. (a one-way street) between Broadway and 7th Ave.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 10"
An oversized fee will be charged daily for vehicles between 65" and 75" in height and over 180" in length, or any vehicle taller than 75". The oversized fee will be determined by the garage and paid directly to the facility upon exit.
Proceed to the 5th floor of the garage, in order for an attendant to provide you with a claim check for your keys. Please take a photo of the key claim check. Upon return to the facility, please show the attendant the key claim check to receive keys.
No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.

Once you’ve entered, you can park at any space that isn’t marked reserved.

When exiting, scan your QR code at the box that’s flashing a red light.
