*NIGHT AND WEEKEND VEHICLE ACCESS. You must use the Folsom street entrance to enter the garage after hours. While the garage is open 24/7 - the roll gate will be closed on nights and weekends. Please note that the garage is still open and staffed with 24/7 security.
After-hours entry and exit (after closing) Reentry on foot should be through the 303 2nd North Tower lobby (off 2nd Street between Harrison and Folsom). Just let security know you are retrieving your vehicle from the garage, and they will direct you to the elevator.

How to Redeem 1. In the event, you see signage indicating a "RAMP FULL” Please know that your space is still reserved. Please continue as directed. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. **DO NOT PULL A TICKET** 2.You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". 3. Re-entry on foot should be through the 303 2nd North tower lobby (off 2nd Street between Harrison and Folsom). 4. When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. **if you mistakenly pulled a ticket at the entry, please scan your ticket at the exit and then scan the QR code on your reservation. If you overstayed your reservation, please pay the amount indicated on the screen.** 5.The gate will open and you're free to go!
