Most of everything went well. The only problem I had was that I was told that I needed to get my bags, go out to the shuttle location, then call back and I would be given and ETA for pick up time. However once the shuttle arrived, we went to the other baggage claim where another guest called. I heard them say that they were not yet even at baggage claim and the shuttle driver told him that we would wait. So the entire shuttle waited 10 mina for one guy. Consistency in how they handle guests should be looked at
