Parking Instructions

1. Upon entering the garage, parking is permitted on the ground floor (first level) only. You may park in the open area leading up to the ramp toward the second floor. 2. Do NOT pass or park beyond the rolling gate located at the top of the ramp. The second floor and any area beyond the gate are strictly reserved for residents and are not managed by this parking facility. 3. If the rolling gate happens to be open (for maintenance or any reason), do not proceed past it. Cruise parking is limited to the ground floor only. Vehicles parked beyond the gate may be towed at the owner’s expense. 4. There is no on-site attendant stationed at the garage. The property is monitored regularly by a mobile enforcement team that conducts routine parking audits. 5. You must print your parking confirmation and place it clearly on your dashboard for the duration of your stay. This helps the enforcement team verify your reservation. 6. After parking and securing your vehicle, you may proceed to the Port of Tampa. 7. When you return from your cruise, simply retrieve your vehicle and exit the garage.
