Enter this location at 15 E St NW. This is the entrance address for the 20 F St NW garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the NE side of E St. NW between 1st St. NW and N Capital St. NW. The entrance is marked with a white 'Park' sign marked with red lettering. Please reference photos.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 7' 2" No multiple in and outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. When ready to leave, you will use the building's main lobby to get to the garage via security assistance. If you have any issues, call (202) 965-2083 and someone will open the garage overhead door remotely.

If the gate does not automatically open, insert your validated ticket into the machine at the exit gate to exit.
