Reaching the Parking Lot
Enter this location at 300 N State St. This is the valet garage for Marina Towers, operated by SP+. The entrance is located on the west side of N State St. between W Kinzie St. and the Chicago River. Enter using the driveway access off of the west side of State St. and turn left at the top of the driveway. The garage entrance is next to the Hotel Chicago.
Parking Instructions
Height restriction: 6' 0" Please note, any pickup trucks or large SUV's will be charged an oversized fee. Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES CHARGED AS A RESULT OF EARLY ENTRY OR LATE DEPARTURE.
