Parking Instructions

Check In: 1. Pull up to our facility entrance and scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to open the gate. 2. You will be directed where to park. 3. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle to take you to the airport. Check out: 1. After claiming your luggage, please proceed to the Hotel Shuttle/Off Airport Parking Shuttle zone. Take the escalator down to the Ground Transportation level (Level 1). Exit the double sliding doors and turn right. Proceed to Zone 9A-10A, Hotel Shuttle/Off Airport Parking. 2. The shuttle will bring you back to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit. 3. Scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to check-out and exit. Please Note: Extra wide covered parking is available at this lot, please reach out to the lot directly for reserving Extra wide covered parking.
