Parking Instructions

Height restriction: 6' 10" No In & Out privileges for this location Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit. Please note: If any car is parked outside of the lines of a single parking spot, you will be charged an additional oversize fee of $10. This will be collected onsite. During high volume times, you may be required to valet your vehicle. Staff is on-site until 7pm. If your car is valeted and you are exiting after 7pm, make sure you keep your keys. You MUST scan your QR code at entry/exit or you will be subject to paying the full garage rate at exit. For Monthly Parkers, please follow the below parking instructions; 1. Scan the QR Code to gain access into the parking garage. Do not pull ticket at the entrance and later exit with the QR Code. The two are not interchangeable. 2. Once you access the garage, proceed to the garage office and collect an access key card from the Garage Manager that will facilitate IN & OUT privileges 3. The key card is valid for the duration of the monthly parking booking and there are no restrictions whatsoever 4. The key cards are programmed for ENTRY & EXIT and must be used in that order, scan to exit and scan to enter to avoid pass back error. 5. The only time the key is deactivated is for NON-PAYMENT of monthly invoice, otherwise the same key card can be used continuously for months and years. (The existing key card is active).
