Reaching the parking lot
Enter this location at 37-05 30th St.. This is the Dutch House Parking garage, operated by Nagle Parking. It is located on the East or Left-hand side of 30th St. (a one-way street) between 37th St. and 38th St.
Parking Instructions
If the parking facility has deemed your vehicle as an oversized vehicle or if you have parked outside of your booking times, you will be charged an extra fee that must be paid at either check-in or check-out. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once. Monthly Parkers If you choose the monthly pricing of $225, the lot is available for use Monday to Friday. Customers can enter from 6 AM and must exit by 6 PM. If a customer needs overnight parking for all 7 days, they can book the same plan but must enter after 7 PM and exit by 7 AM.
