Enter this location off of Touhy Ave and follow signage to the back of the parking lot. Please park in Section A as outlined in the photo.
The shuttle operates 24/7, with 2 shuttles running from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM and one shuttle from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. When boarding the shuttle, please present proof of your shuttle reservation to the driver. The designated shuttle pickup area at 1400 Touhy is located on the East side of the North parking lot
For pick-ups from O’Hare airport, please proceed to pick up from 2A lower.
The shuttle arrives at 1400 Touhy approximately every 30 minutes, at the 05-minute and 35-minute marks. Shuttle arrives at O'Hare Airport Terminal 2A Lower Shuttle Area approximately every 30 minutes, at the 15-minute and 45-minute mark. Delays may occur during peak periods.
