Parking Instructions

Upon arriving to the hotel, please enter the gate by pushing the button for a ticket.
Bring the parking ticket, along with your License Plate # and confirmation letter to Guest Services.
The hotel will have you complete a form with personal/ vehicle information, provide you with a vehicle decal to place on your dashboard, then direct you were to park.
Please note: Shuttle service is currently unavailable, but we've adjusted the price to help cover your rideshare costs. If you prefer, you can drop off your passengers at the port first and then park—it's just a short Uber or Lyft ride back to the port.

Note : This lot does not allow parking for RVs, moving trucks, cargo trailers, buses, or oversized trucks.
