When you arrive to the Sheraton San Diego Bay Tower, please park in the lot on the left hand side.
Press for ticket on the display screen and enter the parking lot.
We do not accommodate trailers, U Hauls, RV's, or buses.
Please note: Shuttle service is currently unavailable, but we've adjusted the price to help cover your rideshare costs. If you prefer, you can drop off your passengers at the port first and then park—it's just a short Uber or Lyft ride back to the port.

This parking lot is safe and secure. It is the same lot used by the hotel guests of the Sheraton San Diego Resort. As soon as you enter the front driveway, you will see the parking gates on the left and right. You won't see any sign mentioning cruise parking. Just enter either side to park. Take a ticket to raise the gate. Keep until your return. Leave a photocopy of your Way reservation on your dashboard. When returning, show the hotel your reservation to code your ticket to exit.
