Parking Instructions
Check In:
1. Pull up to our facility entrance and scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to open the gate. 2. You will be directed where to park. 3. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle to take you to the airport. Check out: 1. After claiming your luggage, exit out Door 5 (behind carousel #8) and continue through the double glass doors. Follow the signage to the Charter Bus Pick-up area. If you are returning between 11pm and 7am, call 708-563-0300 for pick-up. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up there. 2. The shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit. 3. Scan the QR code in your reservation confirmation to check-out and exit.Amenities
Cancellation policy
This reservation is non-refundable. As per the operator's (The Parking Spot) policy, this reservation cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, you may modify the reservation to a different time anytime before the scheduled start time using the Way.com App.
