Complimentary Airport Shuttle runs 24/7. The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up at your vehicle to take you to the airport. Upon return, after claiming your luggage, exit out Door 5 (behind carousel #8) and continue through the double glass doors. Follow the signage to the Charter Bus Pick-up area. If you are returning between 11pm and 7am, call 708-563-0300 for pick-up. The Parking Spot MDW shuttle will pick you up there.
Cancellation policy
This reservation is non-refundable. As per the operator's (The Parking Spot) policy, this reservation cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be issued. However, you may modify the reservation to a different time anytime before the scheduled start time using the Way.com App.

The Parking Spot MDW shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle to take you to the airport. Check out: 1. After claiming your luggage, exit out Door 5 (behind carousel #8) and continue through the double glass doors. Follow the signage to the Charter Bus Pick-up area.
