Parking Instructions

• After reserving your spot, you'll receive an email with redemption instructions.
• To get directions, please use Google Maps and enter the address 60-20 30th Ave, Woodside, NY 11377. Our location is adjacent to the BQE Fitness parking area.
• Please ensure that you leave your keys in your vehicle upon check-in, failing which a business interruption fee of $175 will be levied at check-out.
• All payments at check-out must be made in cash or certified funds only.
• There will be additional charges for subcompact and oversized vehicles, the details of which will be provided at a later time.
• Dear Customer: You must call 718-577-8200 immediately after your booking to confirm your reservation
• Customers will have to print out their confirmation emails and place them on their dashboard before exiting their vehicle after parking their car.
• Additional $5 for SUVs and 5 doors vehicles and $10 for Vans and oversized vehicles to be paid at check-in.
• "Additional fees may apply. Check-in/Check-out must be the time they arrive at the lot. Extra time will be paid at the lot and charged at the lot's rate so please be as accurate as possible"

• Please note:Shuttle service is currently unavailable, but we've adjusted the price to help cover your rideshare costs. If you prefer, you can drop off your passengers at the port first and then park—it's just a short Uber or Lyft ride back to the port.
