You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space . Customer should park the car at 4th floor of the Hotel.

E A S Y. Parking is in the parking garage on the uncovered 4th floor. The location is safe. There is plenty of space. We parked here for a 11 day Princess cruise departing & returning from Port Everglades Terminal 2. The phone number you get on your email is for the shuttle. We did not use the shuttle, we walked. My husband is in a mobility scooter & we had 2 suitcases I rolled from here to the cruise terminal with no issues. They [front desk] will need to see the ticket you grabbed/ dispensed to you when you arrived. We kept ours in the car, so while one of us was loading up truck the other ran down to have the front desk scan the ticket. Everything is pre-paid, it is just adds extra security to your vehicle. I highly recommend this location for safety, location & secure location.
