Parking Instructions

Arrival Instructions 1. Pull a ticket from the kiosk at the gate to enter the parking lot. 2. Park on the 4th and 5th floors (if there is room). 3. Proceed to the Front Desk to check in. Please have your RESERVATION CONFIRMATION ready and know your LICENSE PLATE NUMBER. 4. The agent will give you a VALIDATION TICKET OR BARCODE. 5. KEEP THIS SAFE -- you will need this SPECIFIC TICKET to open the gate when you leave. 6. The front desk will also provide you with a parking pass which you MUST DISPLAY ON YOUR DASHBOARD. 7. Once checked in, board the shuttle to the airport. Return Instructions 1. Once you have collected your luggage, head to the DEPARTURES LEVEL (SECOND LEVEL) look for a red sign labeled "HOTEL SHUTTLES". 2. Board the shuttle specifically marked HILTON GARDEN INN LAX (NOT THE HILTON GARDEN INN LAX EL SEGUNDO). 3. When you exit the garage, SCAN THE VALIDATION TICKET OR BARCODE you received during check-in (NOT THE TICKET YOU PULLED WHEN YOU FIRST ARRIVED).
