Do not pull a ticket upon entering, instead use the barcode included on your parking pass. Height restriction: 6' 5" No oversized vehicles allowed. Standard sized vehicles only. Due to size constraints, this location is unable to accommodate minivans, midsize and large SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. The garage door will automatically open when you approach it. This is an underground garage. You may have poor service or no service on your mobile phone. Please consider bringing a print-out of the parking pass (not required!) or taking a screenshot of the bar code from your mobile parking pass to avoid connection issues while redeeming Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect. For Monthly Parkers, please follow the below parking instructions; 1. Scan the QR Code to gain access into the parking garage. Do not pull ticket at the entrance and later exit with the QR Code. The two are not interchangeable. 2. Once you access the garage, proceed to parking level 2 (P2) the garage office and collect an access key card from the Garage Manager that will facilitate IN & OUT privileges 3. The key card is valid for the duration of the monthly parking booking and there are no restrictions whatsoever 4. The key cards are programmed for ENTRY & EXIT and must be used in that order, scan to exit and scan to enter to avoid pass back error. 5. The only time the key is deactivated is for NON-PAYMENT of monthly invoice, otherwise the same key card can be used continuously for months and years. (The existing key card is active).
