The parking was great - good neighborhood, gated lot with self parking, and covered spaces. The shuttle was quick on the way there, but we had to wait a while coming back, and the driver does not assist with heavy luggage. Our biggest issue was with the front desk where they didn't seem clear on the process. We tried to exit twice with 2 different tickets they provided and neither worked - we used the call button with the 2nd one and they finally just raised the gate. A minor inconvenience.
