Enter this location at 520 W 38th St. This is the entrance address for the TF Cornerstone Building Valet Garage, operated by Enterprise Parking Systems. It is located on the south/right-hand side of W 38th St. (an eastbound one-way street) between 11th Ave. and 10th Ave. The entrance is across the street from the large yellow DHL building.

Parking Instructions

Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit. Height restriction: 7' 0" Teslas are not accepted at this location. Vehicle Key is to be handed over to Valet at entry. The Monthly Parkers have the privilege of multiple check in and check outs per day till the Monthly pass expires. The Hourly Parkers cannot have multiple In and Outs permitted i.e., you can enter and exit only once.
